Groupon COVID-19 Announcement
In an effort to build confidence and commitment with customers, Groupon CEO made a few announcements confirming Groupon’s commitment to customers and their purchase. For eligible deals, they are extending the expiration dates for existing Groupon‘s for up to one year to provide customers with the maximum amount of time to redeem vouchers. They will notify customers as they extend dates. They are also committing that if your deal, trip, concert or event has to be canceled you’ll not only receive an exchange or refund but you will also get a $10 Groupon credit for a future use.
