Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
Since last weeks just for fun recipe was so popular, I thought I would share another one of my family’s favorite recipes again this week just for fun! We love creamy homemade chicken noodle soup and it is soooooo easy to make! Again, I double the recipe for my large family.
Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon ground pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups cooked egg noodles
2 cups cubed or shredded boneless skinless chicken breast or tenders
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for about 15 minutes. Thats it! So easy and so yummy! I serve it with bread and a veggie side.
Note: you can substitute Cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom soup. You can also add additional milk or water if you prefer yours to be “soupier”
