Summer Reading Programs


Scholastic offers Summer Read-A-Palooza and it’s runs from May 4-September 4, 2020. Parents can create a account for kids where they can track their reading progress, download rewards and have access to complete books. Click HERE to check it out. 



Barnes and Noble’s offers the Book Your Summer reading program where kids grades first through sixth can earn a FREE book simply by reading. My kids have always participated in this summer reading program and love it! Click HERE to learn more.

*Book It by Pizza Hut also offers a summer reading program with email newsletters. Click HERE to learn more.

*If your local, Atlanta Hawks has a 15 year history of doing a summer reading challenge to earn free tickets to a game. They have not posted about the 2020 Challenge yet. Check back at this link HERE for future updates.

*Public libraries generally all have their own summer reading programs so check with your local library.
